PROCESS
Our streamlined process is designed to recover refunds and reduce monthly
telecom expense as much as possible without changing carriers using the
least amount of Client resources possible.
Our process has 6 phases.
1. ANALYSIS - Learn entire existing telecom environment
including all telecom services. Review existing vendor agreements and
service contracts.
Obtain and review the past 36 previous invoices from each service provider.
2. IDENTIFICATION - Identify refunds from billing errors
as well as other savings opportunities.
3. RECOMMENDATION - Present our refund findings and
recommendations to Client
4. IMPLEMENTATION - Upon Client approval of our recommendations,
we will handle the implementation on the client approved recommendations.
5. VERIFICATION - After implementation, we review monthly
invoices on an ongoing basis to ensure all savings from our recommendations
and implementations realized on a monthly basis.
6. MONITORING - We review each invoice on a monthly basis
to identify any new billing errors and to make sure client is paying the
lowest prices available without sacrificing quality of service.
What we need from Client to begin:
Signed Consulting Agreement
Signed Letter of Authorization
Copy of existing vendor agreements and service contracts
Copy of the past 2 months of invoices for each service
There are no upfront costs for our service. Our fees are based on client
approval our savings recommendations. Our fees are a percentage of the
money saved.
